This system provides uninterrupted service to our customers and controls for defects through risk management, thorough program planning, and initial project analysis. The entire cross-functional team is involved through established weekly management and daily production meetings.
Services
Sawing
We have Band saws, Cold Saws and Rotary Tube Cutoff Machine with capacity from 1/4″ to 11″. This is where most of our processes begin.
Milling/Drilling
Okuma and Hardinge CNC milling machines allow us to drill more than 20 million holes per year!
Turning
Pressing
We work with trim and assembly dies. We trim over 750,000 pieces and press over 2.5 million pieces per year!
Part Compliance
We utilize state-of-the-art technology to inspect every part we manufacture for part compliance down to 10 microns. Once the part is measured to the print specifications and receives verification of quality, it is allowed to move on in the production process. This intense attention to detail ensures our customers receive the very best quality part.
