Flexible Concepts is a precision machine shop located in Elkhart, IN. Dedicated to providing high-quality parts to a wide array of industries like the automotive industry and the Department of Defense.
We started out in a 23,000-square-foot building back in 1990 and with special thanks to our Customers, we have been able to expand our operation into a 165,000-square-foot across two facilities
It’s Our Legacy
Tim and Beth Gerstbauer started Flexible concepts in 1990 with just one saw and one CNC machine. With their children, they turned a dream into reality. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality allowed FCI to grow into what it is today.
Today the company is led by their daughter, Amy Brown and it’s still a family business, but the term ‘family’ now applies to all employees.
